as long as Dollar still used as currency standard, and used in transaction, there will be value for Dollar. in reality it's just fake value. the gold value in dollar already long forgotten by everyone, and it was changed to nominal/written value. you see how many zeroes on the dollar, that's what you perceive it's value. that's why The Fed could easily saved U.S from inflation just by changing the interet rate. one word from the Fed, voila U.S inflation is no more.

IF you believe that there's no expense for repairs or only accounting 10% of your profits for repairs on a rental property thenngo out there and give it a try. Homeowners know what the actual cost for upkeep on a home that you live in and take care of. Now, do you think a renter will give two Fs about a home they're renting. Things break or need repair even more so in a rental than an owner occupied home. My advise is to vett(sp?) information provided on this platform before you employ. And $50/month for HOI on a $500k home. Sign me up!

You do know that in order to present the home to your client you would have needed to be an agent of the seller or you didn’t have a right to present this asset for sale. I’m not even talking about real estate agent. I’m talking about an agent towards parties in a sale. You need a written agreement in order to be an agent to one of these parties. This is legally dangerous and could put you at risk for any liabilities that come up during this sale.

You may never know the value of that little money you have until you go bankrupt the bad experience I had last year really made me feel our school curriculum should have more financial literacy and education... It is never enough to have a good job, a huge salary and all the luxuries at your disposal,... But putting some money aside and investing it wisely is never a bad idea,... I learned to invest, no matter how small but life really taught me the hard way.... Investing gives you an edge over tomorrow....
